NEW THEME EVERY MONTH
Each month we tackle a new theme which carry into our LIVE weekly trainings. Past themes have included Competing With Confidence, Navigating Through Fear, Off-Season Mental Game Plan, and Success Leaves Clues.
PRE-RECORDED TRAININGS
As a member, your gymnast will have access to a vast library of pre-recorded videos on various mental training topics including Mental Blocks, Awareness, Imagery, Vision, and so much more! Your gymnast will also get access to any new challenges I run.
PDF DOWNLOADS
Your gymnast will also have access to download various PDFs that will help her with her mental training. These worksheets include coloring sheets, goal setting sheets, and other fun and inspiring worksheets.
WEEKLY CALLS WITH COACH ANNA
Every Sunday at 7pm EST, Coach Anna leads a LIVE group training.Trainings last approximately 30-45 minutes. Each week your gymnast will get a corresponding worksheet to print out and use along with the training.
COMMUNITY
As your gymnast hops on the weekly calls, she'll get to know the other gymnasts in the community and realize she's not the only gymnast going through these struggles. She can ask questions in the Academy, both in the portal and on the LIVE calls.
MONTHLY CHALLENGES
Each month, Coach Anna loads a new 5 day challenge into the Academy which includes either worksheets or videos for your gymnast to complete. If she completes that challenge by the end of the month, she will receive a small prize from the Stick It Girl Boutique.

What age is the Stick It Girl Academy for?
The Stick It Girl Academy is designed for competitive gymnasts of all ages. As long as your gymnast can pay attention on a zoom call and complete the worksheets, she is good. We currently have gymnasts as young as 8 and gymnasts as old as 15.
What if my gymnast can't make the LIVE trainings?
While the LIVE trainings are beneficial, if your gymnast can't make them she can watch the recordings which get uploaded into the Stick It Girl Academy shortly afterward. In addition, the Stick It Girl Academy is a library of different pre-recorded and LIVE training videos which your gymnast can access at any time.
Is this a recurring membership?
Yes! The Stick It Girl Academy is a 3-month long membership that automatically renews when your three months are up. I've found that 3 months is a good amount of time for a gymnast to devote to mental training in order to begin to see changes. However, if she continues to attend the LIVE trainings or complete the trainings in the Stick It Girl Academy, she will continue to improve and see results in her mental game.
If you prefer to cancel when your 3 months are up, you can do so before your membership renews. There are NO REFUNDS for failing to cancel your membership. Please take note of your renewal date to avoid unwanted charges.
Can my gymnast try one of the group LIVE calls to see if it is a good fit for her?
Yes! The Academy membership starts with a 7-day free trial. Your gymnast can attend a LIVE call and check out all the resources before deciding if it is a good fit. You can cancel any time during your free trial to avoid being charged for the membership if it isn't the right choice for your gymnast.
